Chance me?

Hi. I recently visited college of the holy cross and fell in love with it. I'm just concerned I won't be able to get in. I plan on alloying early decision and scheduling an interview. Could you chance me? Thanks :)

Gpa: I'm not sure on a 4.0 scale but it's a 95.5 UW, 99.8 W and I think if you take out the non academic classes it's more like a 93.
SATs: I am choosing not to submit them.
Classes:
Freshman year- all honors (geometry, earth science, English, global history, Spanish)
Sophomore year- AP euro, honors English, non advanced math (algebra/trig) and non advanced chemistry, honors Spanish
JR year- AP bio, AP comp, AP US, non advanced math (precalc), pre AP Spanish
Senior year- Honors physics, Non advanced calculus and Spanish, And then my school combines a social studies and English class for senior year and I'm taking honors but I don't think it counts as a history and English credit (should I let the school know that I didn't just skip out on these courses but that my school mandates this course?)

Extra curriculars-
Orchestra- violin- All State (NY), all county, various school orchestras, several awards from my school for this, and an orchestra program I do over the summer
Varsity swimming-4 years - captain
Varsity gymnastics-3 years
National honors society-2 years
Tri m music honors society-4 years
Key club- 4 years
Environmental club- 3 years
Several others but that's the basis

I'm just concerned that some of my classes are not hard enough. Please let me know!

Bump

I’d say you have a very good if not guaranteed shot. Keep your grades up as high as you can this year and really play up your love for the school to them. Interview and show your engagement and enthusiasm. I’d suggest applying early.

You will get in…

Thanks a lot. Anyone else who can answer this? Will only 4 APs and 5 non college prep classes hurt my chances?

Much will depend on your high school. Schools like Holy Cross know more about the quality of your high school than you do. AP classes from a mediocre high school mean nothing compared to standard courses at an excellent high school. If you go to a highly ranked high school then you should be fine.

Not sure if you are male or female…It will be more difficult to gain entry with those stats if you are female, HC has
many more female applicants. It will also put you at a disadvantage with FA. Look at Loyola in Maryland as well.

That is a good point. This is the same at Bates College. Males have much higher acceptance rates. It is almost like they beg the boys to apply. Good for the boys on all counts obviously.
