What are my chances at each school I mentioned?
Any reply would be appreciated and please be brutally honest

UCI, UCSD, and possibly UCD should be targets to low targets. UCLA and UCB on the other hand may be targets as well but higher ones that very possibly can go into the reach zone. Especially for the engineering program. Truthfully though I think you have a really good shot at any of them. Your stats are great and are very unique and fit the requirements for most if not all. Good luck!
