Jazzdancer – I think that you are highly likely to be admitted to Barnard – the only problem is that you are an international applicant. Do you need financial aid? As you know, Barnard is not need blind for international students. Even if you do need aid, I think that Barnard would definitely want to admit a student like you – but their decision for could be impacted by their financial aid budget.
But basically you seem like exactly the type of student Barnard loves to have – strong academics, dance/music EC’s, strong writing skills, EC’s that demonstrate leadership, initiative, community involvement … what’s not to love?
