-Student Recognition Award ( Nominated by my Physics teacher for Student of the Year for being all positive and whatnot )

1st personal statement, People tell me it was really good. It was about how me and my family are kind of emotionally distant, especially my dad, but they still indirectly supported me and indirectly played a major role in shaping my passion for the environment…
2nd personal statement. I didn’t get this one edited or reviewed at all. Its meh. Just shows that I care enough about my heritage to improve my Spanish so I can interpret for my family, learn Mexican history by reading in Spanish and learn about current events :stuck_out_tongue: ( My counselor thought this was really interesting )

I think you’ll get in - but with competitive UCs - you never know until they tell you. Hopefully you’ve applied elsewhere too.
