-OOS (Michigan)
-IB program
-Middle-Eastern (white?) male
-Applying as freshman
-I’ve exceeded all a-g requirements
-Teacher, friends, and family said my essays were strong
-Applied in Nov.

It could go either way. Both your GPA and ACT are a little light and I am not sure if your other qualification will outweigh that.

Your GPA is on target but ACT score is below average. With strong essays and EC’s you have a chance. I agree with @NCalRent, it could go either way. Are you full pay? If so, this may help.

GPA is fine, but ACT is a little below the average. But your ECs and leadership roles may help you a lot. UCs also want OOS students, I believe, because they want the money. Good luck, though.
