I applied Regular Action, and was just wondering if anyone thought I had a shot, be totally honest! I know my Test scores are on the low side for ND.
4.42 W Gpa/3.9 UW
31 ACT Composite
Rank: 3/133
Rigorous Senior schedule, lots of AP’s

I thought my essays were good, I’ve had several teachers comment on how well I write, and I spent some time on them. Really let my personality shine through

Recommendation should have been very good. Had one of theology teacher’s write it, and she really likes me. She said she made it really personal.

EC’s: President of MultiCultural Club
Vice President of Spanish Honor Society
Treasurer of National Honor Society
Co-Captain of Environthon Team
Student Ambassador
Campus Ministry/ Retreat Leader
Some Service Projects( Special Games, and projects for overseas troops)

I’d be entering the college of Science, and I’m Hispanic if that makes any difference.

Still not sure if I can afford ND, but I’m totally in love with the school, so it’d be great to have it as an option! Thanks for any input!

I think you have a really good chance! Everything on your app is really strong - while your scores may be a little lower than ND’s average scores, you have a really good GPA and EC’s. ND is only 9% Hispanic so I believe that will definitely give you a boost in admissions.

I would say solid chances considering you’re a hispanic entering the college of science. I would say there are still good odds you won’t get in (just being honest here) because aside from the diversity aspect this is a fairly typical transcript. Good luck! I wish you the best
