Well, your GPA is good and your SAT is slightly below average. I think you have a relatively good shot, but what I’m most concerned about is your senior year course load and the amount of APs you’ve taken. Try to take a heavier Senior year course load(shove two or three APs in there).

Your test scores are on the low side which you acknowledge. Definitely consider retaking since UCSB likes high test scores. I agree with @Onikage34 that your course rigor is lacking which will hurt your chances unless only a few AP classes are available at your HS. I think your chances are 50/50 and could go either way. Make sure you have some solid matches and safeties on your list. Also spend time on your essays since these could give you a boost on your application. Good luck.
