CHANCE ME:-)

ello! I am heading into my junior year of high school, and I want to go to one of these schools (hardest to easiest): Stanford, Columbia, university of Pennsylvania, duke, Vanderbilt, NYU, Williams College, UVA, Vassar, Penn State, University of North Carolina, Boston a College, UCLA, UFlorida, and Wake Forest. Could you tell me if they would be reach, safety, or matches for me?
GPA: In Freshmen year, I got an overall 3.86 GPA (weighted) and a 3.79 unweighted (i took the most rigorous courses offered to me)
Sohomore year: I got a 3.98 overall weighted GPA, and a 3.78 unweighted (again, i took the most rigorous courses available to me which is all honors)
E.C’s and volunteering:
-Varsity Soccer all throughout high school (im good at every sport i play and im able to make varsity for all sports but i dont have the time along with my schoolwork).
-Rick Scott competitive internship for a few months
-PADI certified diver
-Student Leadership Academy diploma for all years of high school
-Student government for all years
-babysit and dogsit
-assistant teacher for 4th grade girls Sunday school group
-fellowship of christian athletes member
-own and run travel and fashion blog
-animal refuge ambassador
-certified soccer referee (since i was 12) also that is a part time job refereeing
-mentor a younger class in my school through a program
-THIS YEAR:
-i am joining 4-H
-taking my SATs this year (im gonna do great on them)
-interning for my dads business
-possibly drawing for a to-be narnia movie and book
-i am going to be starting a business that sells tshirts and laptop stickers that i design and then putting them for sale on my website and giving a part of the sales to help the endangered sea turtles (since i love sea turtles and the ocean )
-extra: i have always been an entrepreneur and i started my first business when i was 12; selling bows that i made on my online shop.

sorry, but it’s really hard to chance anyone who hasn’t taken their SATs yet. They’re too big a factor in admissions. If you really want people to chance you though, you should at least post your predicted score.

However, while about half of those colleges are matches for you (based on gpa), a 3.79 simply isn’t enough for Ivy Leagues, UNC, and UVA (if OOS for UNC and UVA- otherwise those are matches too). If you can balance that out with a 2200+ SAT though, you have at least a decent shot at all of the schools (except maybe the Ivy Leagues)
