Chance Me?

Yo. Thought I’d post this to get an idea of how I stack up – and if Swarthmore is a reasonable hope for me or a pipe dream

(BEGIN THE POSTING OF STATS):

SAT: 800 CR, 730 M, 750 WR. 2280 Cumulative. (Mightt retake.)
ACT: Didn’t take; what am I, someone who lives in the mid-west? (I’m not.)
SAT II: 800 US History, 780 Literature.
GPA: 4.0!!! (But I’m home schooled, so, retract like four of those exclamation points.)

Awards: None! Once again, home schooled, so I don’t have silly awards like ‘AP Scholar’ to pad out my application with.

ECs: Obama Campaign Intern, Treasurer of Psi Beta, Captain of Academic-y Quizbowl type thing, Lady’s Man and Stone Cold Pennsylvania Thug. (The last two might be exaggerations.)

Community College Coursework: (I took four community college courses over the whole of my Junior Year, here they be.)

Introduction to Psychology (A)
Shakespeare, Honors Section (A)
Psychology of Human Development, Honors Section (A)
Women’s Literature in the 20th Century (A)

Senior Year Courses: (Courses indicated with an (DE) next to them are dual enrollment courses that I’m taking at community college.)

Physics
The Black Experience (DE)
Macroeconomics (DE)
Psychology of Sex & Gender, Honors Section (DE)
Calculus
Kierkegaard to Camus: Existentialism in Philosophy & Literature
French

Personal Stuff:

Ethnicity: White
State: PA (Pennsyltucky, represent.)
Income: 32k~
Financial Aid? Yupp. See answer above; Swarthmore COA is twice what my family makes in a year.
Hooks: None

Also, I’m home schooled.

Alright, if anyone hasn’t been scared off by the wall of text, (which, you know, apologies) chance me.

You know that there are no guarantees anywhere, but I can see no reason you should be afraid to apply. You have great stats and (apparently) non-standard interests in your activities and outside courses. Write a great essay! (I’m an alum and parent of current student).
