Chance me for Northwestern, Cornell, Colombia, UCLA, UCBerkely, and UCSB?

Academic overall- 3.7 UW and 4.3 W
Have taken-
English 1 H, English 2 H, Bio H, Chem H, Spanish 3H, WHAP, along w other regular classes

Currently taking–
Lang AP, Human Geo ap, APES, ASB, trig
Hopefully will have straight As-

My senior year I’ll take 3-4 APs

ACT- 31 but planing on retaking; won't settle 'till I have a near perfect score

ECs
–4 year varsity speech and debate
–On my city’s youth council (18 youth from 5 local high schools that represent the city; very selective)
–listener at crisis hotline
– 9 year captain of relay for life team
–on school’s ASB
–Model UN board member
– fencer; fenced in 2014 and 2015 Junior Olympics. Recently had to stop due to an injury

How are my chances? I know they’re iffy but how iffy? Should I step up with more extracurriculars? What can I do to improve my chances?

With your current GPA and ACT, Northwestern is a reach-the ACT is at, and the GPA is below, their 25th percentile. In that range, you’d typically need to be a legacy or URM at the very least, but more likely a kid with two weak hooks (legacy, URM, special talent) or a very strong one (recruited athlete, alumni parents who are paying for a new library at the campus, a 1-in-100,000 EC or award).
