Have you made sure all these colleges offer a major in nursing?

The UPenn website has a list of majors which doesn’t seem to include nursing (can’t speak to the others).

I ask because every year there are students who transfer out of certain top schools after discovering - at a rather late stage - that they lack an engineering program.

That’s good.

I’d call UPenn a low reach with ED. Columbia seems like a reach, JHU/UCLA are low reaches (UCLA due to OOS status), and NYU a high match. Can’t speak to the selectivity of UCSF.
