Also does anyone know when we will be notified of our acceptance/rejection/waitlist? Super nervous. But QU seems great! A few of my friends go there and they said it has a great atmosphere.
Did you get in? I’m assuming you got a response by now.
I have similar stats; 3.34 GPA, 24 ACT (26 writing, 20 math, 20 science, 25 reading, 28 english), and lots of ECs, including a pageant that I placed in and the secretary of the drama club. I’m also a minority(african american). 5 on AP psychology exam, 3 on AP Comp. I take 3 APs this year. Also in the top 40%
I got accepted into Nursing, which was a major surprise for me considering it is an intense major there, and one of the best on the east coast, and maybe even the country. I think my recommendations, EC’s, personal essay, and the fact that I push myself by taking harder classes helped a lot. Since QU has quite the homogenous population, being a minority may have also helped me (as messed up as it sounds).
Just wondering if you got in also, what is your major?
I also live in NJ. North jersey, very close to NYC. QU is about 2 hours away from me
@teiluuuj yes i was accepted but i honestly think it was bc my SAT score increased by 250 points lol and I had a 4.0 GPA for my senior mid year grades also maybe bc I am a minority? and I applied undecided into the business school.
