I know this is a long-shot but here we go:

Projected GPA by the end of Junior year: 3.49

It is indeed a real long shot. Try to bring up your GPA to 3.7+ and at least a couple points for your ACT for a more reasonable chance.

Also- write excellent essays that really show the value you bring to UofM- and how that value will grow while studying here.
