Your GPA and ACT are very good - those are the primary metrics so you are in a good place to start. You will probably get into most of your safeties / match schools.
As for your reaches (UCs, Yale, Swarthmore) it is a shot in the dark as for anyone. I assume you are a Junior since you are making this post in May. If so, I assume that next year you will be taking more APs. Focus on doing well in these, and round out your ECs (seek leadership positions) to have a really competitive application
