The UC’s do not provide financial aid for OOS students. Price tag is $55K per year.

I think you have a decent chance at tech but are you sure they superscore the ACT? A lot of schools only superscore SAT

Also UNC and Emory don’t have engineering. Sure you want them on your list?

With the exception of Cornell, you have a really good chance at all the schools you listed.
