Chance Me?

I have a lot to work on, but here’s my stuff:

DE Principles of Computer Science I
(Self-study: AP Gov., APES, Computer Sci. A, and Japanese Lang. and Culture)
EC:
Band (9-10)

National Honor Society (10-12)

(I’m a black female with a household income of about >$200,000 (my dad was out of work for a year, though). No college savings or anything, if that matters. I’m also asexual, if that adds something.)

I’ve taken four years of Spanish, so I’m moving on to a language I’ve self-studied for a few years. I plan on taking the JLPT N5 and SAT II Literature and Japanese w/h Listening in November. If I can get straight A’s this semester, my unweighted GPA will be a 3.73 and my weighted will be a 4.08. Some other schools I’m applying to are also test-optional, but I don’t feel like my ECs are good enough to go without sending better test scores.

You definitely have some very good chances.

Focus on the ACT rather than the SAT and ACT since you have a higher “starting point” with the ACT. I don’t recommend dividing your attention between the two especially since your goal is to get straight A’s this semester.

Besides your test scores, your stats are very good for Smith. Don’t expect much, if any financial aid though, since your family has a high income. In case you didn’t know, Smith is test-optional.
