Tulane will be a little bit of a reach for you, solely based on your standardized tests. However, standardized tests are just part of the equation. You have good ECs. I would emphasize your commitment to community service and your interest in specific offerings of Tulane and how they connect with your future plans. Try to be as specific as you can in terms of majors, departments and even professors. If you have any interest in research, all the better. Just be specific about it and how Tulane would enable you to engage in it. I believe that a similar approach, based on a particular offerings of the other great universities are looking into, would also serve you well with them. Best of luck to you!
