Hi everyone, at the moment my top schools are Georgetown, Carnegie Mellon, and NYU; though I’m also applying to UMich, UVA, Yale, Duke, UChicago, and potentially some other.
My stats:
Ethnicity: 1/4 Native American (Seminole + Apache), 1/4 Pacific Islander (Malay), 1/4 Asian (Japanese), 1/4 Caucasian
I ended up writing my personal statement about how while I’m proud of my identity (ethnicity, gay, adopted) I never fit in anywhere;
ACT: 33, 35 superscored
SAT: 1480
SAT2s: MathII 800, Biology 750, Chem 690, Lit 800, Physics 780
UW GPA: 3.9
W GPA: 4.7
My school does not rank, but I’m in contention for salutatorian at the moment.
My parents did not go to college, but I’m in a wealthy family (250k+ a year)
I have taken 15 AP Courses:
