UW/W GPA: 4.0 UW / 4.9 W on a 4.0/6.0 scale (6.0 for AP/DE, 5.0 for honors.) My weighted on the (5.0 AP/DE, 4.5 honors is around 4.7)

Your EC’s are dreadfully Boring, shows little of your personality and who you are. Concerned you can’t write a great essay as you would need it.
ACT is avg for ED1, and below avg for ED2 and RD so it would be best to improve to a 32 for ED and a 33/34 for RD. Beware Emory does not superscore.

are you good enough to swim at either Emory or Oxford (if I remember correctly they said they were looking to move swimming from a club sport in the next year or two)? If so, this would help your chances significantly.
