Your grades and scores are competitive, but so much depends on essays, recs, and whether you’re willing to apply ED. Basically, no one here can chance you because the relevant info (yours and the rest of the applicant pool’s) isn’t available to them.

D got in EA, and ended up not going there anyway, I agree with @exacademic , your essays need to shine and you’d better apply ED if that is your top choice. D’s one friend in 2017 class is taking a gap year so that she can be U Chicago 2022!
