Hi everyone,
I applied to TCU RD and was wondering what y’all think my chances for admissions are, especially in terms of any merit aid I may receive (I understand that TCU can be pretty stingy with that).
SAT: 1320 / 1600
GPA: 3.5 / 4.0 and class rank 40 / 270 (I moved from a highly competitive school to a really non- competitive school my senior year)
I have taken 9 or 10 AP classes, and receive mostly As and Bs. Lots of volunteer work and many school activities, but no leadership positions. I believe my essays were very strong, and I have overcome significant struggle to be where I am today. I am also a minority student if that has any bearing. I put marketing as my first choice major.
