  • GPA: 4.0 (This is on a 4.0 scale. My high school counts A- as 4.0, although I have only gotten one A- throughout my high school career.)
  • ACT: 35 (first time)
  • SAT: 1510 (first time)
  • I am not submitting my SAT Subject Test scores.
  • AP Exams: 5: AP Lang, AP Gov, AP Calc; 4: AP World; I am an AP Scholar w/ Honor; TBD: AP Physics-Mechanics, AP Micro, AP Stat, APUSH

I think you’ll get into WUSTL, and you have a good shot at Duke. I’m just curious why you’re not submitting your SAT II subject tests?

@hgrad2010 Thank you! I am not submitting my SAT II subject test scores, because when I took them, I was under the impression that wrong answers cost you points when they really didn’t. The scores weren’t that great.

Likely in at WashU since you have the grades/test scores plus the ED1 is the ultimate form of interest. And you should apply for the merit scholarships-you have a good chance of being a finalist.

Ivies for Political Science may be viable as well with your grades. Consider Columbia, Princeton, and Yale. They are going to be reaches but your application will merit another look.
