Academic rigor is great, and your hispanic female background is a plus. Top 9% seems a little weak to me for Columbia, might be alright for Duke. Your volunteering and leadership is good support, but it doesn’t suggest a concrete theme. It might come down to the quality of your awards and your recs/essays. Good luck!
