SDSU admits by Eligibility index and major.
EI= (CSU GPA x 800) + ( SAT Math + EBRW).
Or ( CSU GPA x 200) + ( ACT Composite x10).
An EI of 4200+ SAT or 1100+ ACT can be competitive but no guarantees especially for a popular major like Psych.
SDSU only accepts up to the November sitting so definitely bump up your test scores so you are more competitive.
@Gumbymom Will my Chances at being admitted to SDSU go if I’m a San Diego Local.
I have a 3.6 UC/CSU GPA and a 1,330 SAT.
My intended Major is Business Administration.
I’m also a San Diego local.
@Juicyfruit2443: Since you are a new poster, I want to let you know that is considered rude to hijack another posters thread. If you have a question to ask, you need to start your own thread.
SDSU no longer gives “local preference” other than for a few special programs such as Compact for Success. SLO is also another CSU that does not give local preference.
I will PM you with your chances.
for the OP, i think you will get in.
