I also have taken many AP/Honor classes and continued to take them during senior year and I play baseball year round. I have many volunteer hours in the nursing field. I have very good AP exam scores and many extracurricular activities such as clubs and honor societies.
Also wondering if i should apply early?
Is your GPA weighted? What are your AP exam scores?
Yes, please, give us a few more statistics. What is your unweighted GPA? How many AP classes? However, remember, like all elite colleges, your application will be evaluated holistically, so stats are only one portion of your application. The other aspects, like your essays, cannot truly be evaluated on this forum.
Your SAT is fairly low. Did you take the ACT?
Your biggest advantage (I would think but I might be wrong) based on what you already said is that you are a male applying to nursing. Obviously you will be a minority in that program.
My school didn’t show me my unweighted but I have taken around 10 APs and I have gotten 4s and 5s on all of their exams except one. I haven’t taken the ACT but I’m hoping that I improved my score on the October SAT and i plan on taking another one in November. I was also thinking me being a male would help but I don’t know if that is true or not.
