If anyone has any advice for how I could improve my application I would really appreciate it.

Your stats seem high enough. Your ec’s seem strong but not exceptional. I think that you have a solid shot at your schools, but make sure you have safeties too.

The only one on your list that is a match would be UVA since you are instate. The rest are reaches but your stats depending on SAT subject test score and any other score improvement put you in consideration. As for your application more detail on your research and any chance of being published?
