I am currently halfway into my Junior Year. I am fully aware that most of the schools/programs on my list are big reaches (especially with my moderate GPA and lack of Major Awards), but I would like to know my actual chances and whether or not I should look into more BS/MD programs or if my activities are unique enough?

Your stats are great but all these schools and the combo BS/MD programs are reaches for all applicants.

IMO, you should think more about match and safety schools. Rochester and Case come to mind for matches immediately.

Will the SUNYs give you a secondary admission if they don’t admit directly to the BS/MD program?

What happened to your sophomore year APs?

I hear “doctor” so much on this forum that it gets old sometimes. DON’T choose a college based on “premed prestige” out of high school. As you mature in college, you will find hidden passions you never knew you had, and you don’t want to be stuck somewhere you hate. The average college student changes their major 3 times.

Also, even if you do decide medical school, you need to keep the debt down, so it’s imperative you find someplace affordable. Your best chance for medical school is in your home state, because state schools favor state residents.

I made a mistake. My school does not offer APs for freshman. Stats and World are my Sophomore AP Courses

They do offer secondary admissions.
