That is a huge NO NO when applying to a top private school like NYU. While in the application you might not explicitly state "im too tired of highschool," but an easy schedule can be spotted by adcoms a mile away. They want to see that you took and are taking THE MOST RIGEROUS courses throughout all of high school. "I'm too tired" simply doesn't cut it. Your scores are low, but that can be overshadowed largely by your tennis ability. Assuming you are as good as you say, you might want to contact the NYU tennis coach. Tell him you are an interested applicant. Private schools tend to lacks the admissions standards when recruiting an athlete. That may be your only chance of getting in. Your classes just don't seem to be difficult enough. Even if you have outstanding grades-those can be overshadowed by a lack of AP, Honors, IB, etc. Take as much foreign language as possible while still keeping up with your other advanced classes.

jaesaycah- to be fair to jiho6602, I think you should probably start your own thread, that way he gets his questions answered and you get a more privately oriented thread.

I agree with halo...many kids applying to NYU will have 10+ honors and 4+ AP. Having 3 AP might be okay if you had taken many more honors classes. It would be a reach, but you can give it a shot. Call the tennis coach-- that could get you in.
