Yeah, some math here seems to be bugged. And you did indeed get 600s and 700s on your SAT IIs? Try this one question "Fendertime"

Question: How does 3.5 GPA unweighted equal a 5.29 GPA weighted?
(a) It doesn't
(b) This poster, Fendertime, is a liar
(c) Character counts and Vanderbilt will see this
(d) All of the above.
Correct answer: D

You all shouldn't be so quick to judge. At some schools, honors and AP classes earn 6.0 for an A, 5.0 for a B, etc. Hypothetically, assuming one took all honors classes, which isn't likely but the example is used for discussion here, if one had all B's, then he/she could have had a 3.0 unweighted and a 5.0 weighted.

We have a 6.0 scale. I took honors Freshman/Sophomore and AP Junior/Senior. If I really was a liar and looking to rob you of your precious time, odds are I would have come up with something far more convincing than my own statistics.

Also, character does indeed count. You should probably watch yourself "collegejunkmail". You may be hurt in the future by your own rash judgments and perceptions. Odds are you may get in trouble one day if you continue calling everyone who maintains something outside your limited knowledge a liar.
