Sorry to do another one, but I'm wondering what my chances are for scholarship consideration.

SAT I: 2170 (1440)
SAT II: Bio: 750, Lit: 700, Math 2: 750
ACT: 32 (sorry, don't know break down, lol, because I haven't actually received scores from December SAT since I'm international, but it listed the composite on the official scores page of one of my apps)
Full IB, with 4 higher level courses
GPA: around 3.8 UW. Have trend of a few Bs in 9th grade to all As in 11th and 12th grade.
Rank: 1 out of 40
ECs: limited actually. But I've been consistently involved in print publications as editor and with debate team since 9th grade. Have other leaderships in other clubs, but mostly activities that I've joined 11th and 12th grade. But on the app I didn't know what to list for the ECs, so I just put the years I was involved and any leadership positions I had.
Hispanic.
Essays: errr... They weren't terribly original, but at least they were grammatically correct and flowed well.

I know my standardized test scores aren't impressive, but do I stand any chance at a scholarship? A partial one, perhaps? Even if it's just like 1/10 of tuition, lol...

i don't think his SAT score is that bad; however, i think your lack of quality ECs is going to hurt you because usc tends to focus more on what you did outside of the classroom more than most universities. i'm speaking of scholarships of course. i think you'll get in.

Okay, this is what I actually put on the app (the app didn't give much
guidance on how to fill it in... so I just did it common app style w/o hrs/wk wk/yr because I didn't know if it was needed):

Extracurriculars:
Model United Nations: press (9/11); chair (12); delegate (10/11) <-- I elaborated on this activity in short answer essay
Diversity Club: secretary (10); treasurer (11); president (12)
Photography Club: founder/president (12)
National Honor Society: secretary (11/12)
Webzine: editor (11/12)
Online Literary Magazine: editor (9)
Library Volunteering (12)
Knitting Club (12)
Environmental Club (11)
Book Club (10)

Academic honors:
National Merit Commendation
Math comp. recognition
High Honor Roll
National Honor Society

And I listed 8 academic achievement awards for several academic classes (my school gives out awards for achievement for each course at the end of the year).

No work experience.

Summer programs: took two college credit courses in 11th grade, and took two non-credit courses in 10th grade.

Does this info help? On the scholarship site, it seemed to put an emphasis on standardized test scores, so I'm not sure how much ECs matter.

And I'm not international (I'm living abroad).
