<p>Your grades and test scores are just a bit borderline( avg is 3.8, 28), but your ec's are good. We were told that Pepperdine really looks at the application and essays. Even more so than your Gpa and test scores. Do you feel that you expressed yourself well in your app? That will probablly be the deciding factor. I would think you should have an answer by tomorrow.</p>

<p>They claim the average GPA is 3.8. I'm not sure if I believe that...either way this school seems really competitive. I think you have a good shot. Maybe take your SATs again just to be sure.</p>

<p>Does Pepperdine count the writing portion of the SAT's?</p>
