Michigan is a reach for you in my opinion. Your GPA is well below avg, and your ACT/SAT is on the low end. All I can say is increase your GPA, and retake SAT/ACT for 30+ or 2000+ to make your chances increase

Have you already applied?

If you haven't - then retake your SAT's. Those scores are rather low. GPA is not bad.
EC's are allright - nothing that stands out. Good to hear your recomendations and essays are good. We really cant tell you if you are getting in or not.

You are an inbetween case -60% chance.

Gomez, there is no way he's a 60% chance, that would mean he's about a match.

UMich's avg GPA is a 3.7, and I think it's going to be a 3.8 after this year. He has a 3.5 UW, and chances are, his GPA will be even lower after UM recalculates it (because he won't have elective classes helping buff his GPA). If you ask me, and a 3.5 too low.

I'd say his chances are about 30% at best, considering he's OOS, below avg test scores/GPA.

He's got all a number of A's though.

Difference of Opinion.

That's only his senior first semester?
