You have no chance at DUKE, UNC, or UVA

U of Virginia - Reach
William and Mary - Reach
George Washington - Reach
UMASS amherst - Match
James Madison - Match
Penn State - Reach for University Park
Boston U - Reach
UNC - Reach
Duke - Reach

You need to take SAT II's! and raise your current SAT scores. Hopefully you have time to do that.

What state are you from? I think your state residency could have an impact on some of these. As of right now (saying you are out of state for all)...

U of Virginia - doubtful
Duke - extremely doubtful
UNC - doubtful
W & M - doubtful
GWU - reach, but possible if you can get your SAT up
Penn State University Park - reach, but also possible if you get your SAT up
Umass Amherst - In
James Madison - In

I was apply to GWU and PSU UP as early as possible. They seem to be your closest on the fence shots on that list.

Best of luck

I am from texas
ha unfortunately
what else do i need to do besides improve my test scores?

Well, I don't know as much about GWU, but if you are really considering PSU UP you should contact the admissions office. You may have a better shot at PSU because they use 2/3 gpa and 1/3 sat for their admission decision, but I would still work on getting that score up. They use a rolling admissions style, so the earlier you apply the better. Often, the class will be full before the end of the application period. People that are qualified are then getting rejected, shuffled to the wait list, or deferred to branch campuses. You DO NOT want to go to a branch campus. They are **** holes, and anyone who tries to convince you otherwise is lying. The longer people wait to apply, the greater the chance that they get rejected or waitlisted. You should definitely try to do the same with contacting the admissions office at all of the schools you are really interested in attending. As much as people on college confidental may seem (and believe themselves to be) omniscient, we don't have a say in your admission. Those people do, so make sure and get as much information from them as you can. Best of luck.
