<p>GPA: My school doesn't rank, weight, or do GPA on the 4 point scale
92-93 but I'm definitely in the top 10% of 310</p>

<p>SATs: 1st 1310/1940 (M 650 CR 660 W 630) 2nd: 1490/2210 (M 690 CR 800 W 720)</p>

<p>SAT IIS: Bio 660 Chem: 620 Chem retake: 760 Math II 780 US HIST 800</p>

<p>ECs:
*300 hours volunteering a hospital
*250 hours as an intern at a herb business
*200 hours as a secretary at a health clinic
*science olympiad (2 years)
*anime club (2 years)
*VITA (did taxes for those who couldnt afford a CPA)
*babysitted for one school year (that's why I didn't have ECs freshman year)</p>

<p>So incredibly helpful inyczreflex. You definitely need to work on your initial test-taking (you won't always have second chances), but those ECs are great. Keep working hard and you should get into most of those.</p>

<p>the herb business sounds a little shady...might want to explain that one at your interviews : )
i say that brown and cornell are reaches, but your volunteer hours are super-strong!<br>
Are you sure you don't want to be a doctor or something? Because your ECs and scores seem to point more at science, not business/econ.</p>

<p>yes, a bit weak, but altogether it looks like he has a greater interest in science than econ.</p>
