<p>Being OOS hurts you a bit, but besides that I’d say you look very good. If you were in-state I’d say very good chance, but like I said OOS hurts. Also a lot of the “smarter” people put CIVIL and BIO as their majors so you might have to compete against them.</p>

<p>well I know like 3 or 4 students from community college and they all had 3.8 or above GPA. But your SAT score might bump you up I don’t know. About the major you want to come in as, it doesn’t matter. You can change your major after freshman year or year and half for most engineering program proably wont waste your credit hours. Biomedical engineering is the right term btw or in short BME</p>
