Essay: start with how I learned where babies come from (natural curiosity, pretttty funny story) going into my love for writing (started newspaper at age 8) and my newspaper internship into a love for diversity/learning about people.

Activity Summary: how I trekked through the woods delivering homeless people lunches and I was so impacted that I formed an ASB position to get other kids involved…lots of work and learning experience

Intellectual Vitality: I compare my ascension in the swings at the county fair to being able to rise above social conventions and see the commonalities among people (much like everyone gets blurry when you get up high enough) and I discuss how people consider themselves somewhere on a two-dimensional color spectrum, but they really all blend into a specific hue. How beautiful people are and my duty to point out their rich stories, basically…

Letter to roomie: discuss my crazy school enthusiasm and funky study habits (big band music, chai tea lattes and sporadic road trips to clear my mind)

Why Stanford: I talk about how my dad took me to a park to teach me the names of trees at one week old and joke about how my infectious love for learning began then. I talk about how my family was so focused on developing my mind and giving me opportunities to test my curiosities, and how I want that “dinner table” feel to extend into a college setting.

stellar recommendations from two AP/Honors teachers who know me personally (GREAT part about a small school!)

Thanks for reading- let me know! Brutal is okay with me (I’m gonna get it in a couple of days, anyways)

Didn’t you post the same thing just 1 page ago? XD
Now that I read your stats twice -.- I’d say you definitely have a 50+ % chance. Good luck!
