Can you guys give me percentage of acceptance. Also in state resident
Was invited into National honor society and Who's who among american high school students, but I think its a scam
Thank you

Your GPA is low for Berkeley, I think it will be a stretch.

gpa is too low and sat is way too low. id say ure sat might pass if u had a 4.0+ gpa but anything below 4 is really stretching it.

Can you tell me my chances for the other schools

USC, UCLA, and UCSD are unlikely, I think. You should have a shot at the rest. You might want to take the SAT again. You don't list sat subject test scores either. I would try to study for those.

Definitely work on the SAT scores... if your SAT II scores are too low you might not be eligible to apply to any UC at all. The UC system determines eligibility by a formula, described on this page UC Admissions

UCSD is unlikely? people say taht i have a small shot at ucsd

I would try to bring up your SAT score to have a better shot at UCSD. I think UCSD is getting more selective, each year it is a little harder to get in.

UCSD's mean SAT score for the Fall 2008 frosh class is 1943 (cite: http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/selecting/camp_profiles/camp_profiles_ucsd.html). You should try to be higher or around this #.

If i was in the ELC program would htat greatly increase my chances and if i had a hilgher gpa, but same sat score id have a chance?

Yes, higher GPA would greatly increase your chances, especially if you were in the ELC program. But presumably, you can't do anything to change your GPA now. Thus the suggestion to work on your SAT score.
