Loads of ECs. Varsity football 3 years, varsity basketball 4 years, sports awards, math awards, science awards, harvard SSP, NYLC, math team 4 years, captain 3 years, several music awards, trumpet 10 years, tutor 3 years, gave trumpet and guitar lessons, national merit finalist, designed my schools website, national AP scholar, science olympiad, USAMO, started physics club, almost qualified for us physics team, NHS, state powerlifting, too much community service to list, etc........
For personal reasons I've devoted most of my life to school so i can get into colleges like the ones i will be applying to so i can go to medical school and hopefully be able to make a significant difference in the world. I have general ideas for my essays. i will probably write about my love for sports and music and how they have shaped my life and writing, recording, and editing music. my other essay will be about my passion for math and how i believe the world could not function without it.
I know these schools are very selective and even harder to predict but i appreciate any input.

you SHOULD be accepted to every single one imo.

the two varsity sports are very impressive

christ. um, basically every school on your list should be begging you to go to there. You are a complete beast, you have nothing to worry about.

Damn, sucks to be you.

Wow........

Edit: fine, if you want input, i'd say your EC's have problems. Are you being yourself in those activities, or are you simply doing them to impress colleges? Do you have any free time? Colleges want to see who you are, and one way they can do so is by looking at what you do. Doing sports shows you have a very strong character, and a person who plays football is a rare addition to the campus community. You also "wow" them w/ all ur math awards and it shows you're very brilliant as well as dedicated. However, you also have music, community service, and alot of other stuff. Those all say positive things about you. But how can a person have all so characteristics and interests? Be sure to convey who you are very well in your essays. Right now it looks like all those activities were done to impress colleges.

Also: Another question colleges probably would ask about you is whether or not you've devoted all your life to these activities. Colleges want kids who are dedicated and passionate, but they also want kids who will make good use of their school. The top colleges are very diverse and social places. The kids who go there don't study and work ALL the time. do you have ANY free time? do you spend any time other than doing SAT's, AP's, USAMO, USPhO, Tutoring, Music, Math, Science, community service??? I might be wrong, but this is the exact message i got when i saw your activities, adn especially when you said "i devoted most of life to getting into college." It's definitely possible for someone to be all of the things you mentioned above However, don't worry too much. Im sure the colleges will make an exception for such an amazing and bright kid like you.

umm yea you can do this well in high school but if thats your motto youll fail at life...which is obviously more important...
