What school and what major do you intend to apply to? This can make a difference with Cornell. Nevertheless, your odds are very, very good, particularly if you intend to apply to CAS (College of Arts and Sciences) - which from your ECs, I'm guessing you do.

Are you African Canadian (I can't necessarily say African American, since you're from Canada)? If you are (and you mark African American/African/Black on your application), your odds rise up to as close to "guranteed" as any applicant to an Ivy League school can get. Honestly, if you're an African Canadian published author valedictorian with a 2400 SAT, I doubt that any top school in the USA wouldn't admit you (unless you wrote about murdering puppies for your essay or committed homicide); you are (or would be, if I'm mistaken about your ethnicity) the ultimate applicant. There are no guranteed admits, but...you're about as close as anyone can get.

Even if I am mistaken, I would still bet money on your admittance.

Cornell? Go for Harvard.
