Also next year I'm taking 2 AP's if that helps, and my brother attends.

I would say it's a high reach... SAT is wayyyy low, and GPA isn't up to par either. ECs aren't bad, but not enough class rigor either... sorry. What's your classrank?

my school doesn't tell us

ehh well if you could retake the SAT/ACT and do REALLY well (like 27-31 for the ACT) or around a 1300 (M/W) for SAT, and get amazing grades senior year, you may have a shot.

I wouldn't give up on Nova. You have many ECs with good commitment, and you manage to do track. A 3.1 GPA may not be the end of the world- I know some private schools with very wacky grading scales, and a 3.1 might actually be pretty good. I'd see if you can get an inkling out of your GC about rank- even if they don't provide it to colleges, they usually have the computer calculate it for everyone for the purposes of finding the valedictorian/salutatorian.

Your SATs need significant improvement and could kill your chances. I would try to get your SATs up and I would strongly consider taking the ACT. Grab the practice test from your guidance office (or grab it online). Yeah, it's 4 hours, but if you want a better chance of getting into Nova and other schools, it's worth the extra effort. If you do significantly better on your ACT, buy a Barrons book and cram. (Nova takes the ACT. The ACT is a much better test in the sense that it is more straightforward and about knowledge, rather than knowing how to take a test. However you get less time per question. Some find it easier, but if you do badly you never have to send it out).

Depending on when you take the ACT and how you do, you may want to apply regular decision. Nova and other schools are often tougher to get in EA. Your brother would probably help to a slight extent, but if you don't get your SATs up, you're facing an uphill battle.

Good luck :)

Maybe you should apply as an Arts & Sciences major and then transfer to the business school after freshman year... You can get all of your prerequisites out of the way & the arts & sciences college is far less competitive than the business school in terms of getting accepted.
