<p>Your stats look typical of an admit, all except for junior year. If your surgery had an effect on your grades that year, you should point that out. Let's assume it did have an effect, and your grades would have been inline with the rest of your grades if not for the surgery. Then you acceptance would probably hinge on the rest of your application (essays, recs, etc). Probably less than half of people with those stats will end up getting in, but they are certainly good enough to get you in.</p>
