Essays/Recs:
I'm a fairly good writer; teachers/counselors all have around 10+ years writing recs, and most students I knew using their recs did quite well. I know that on the Common App. prompt I was direct and clear about my future goal and not uncertain about my future career/plans while tying it to a major issue.

Additional:
I know this is based on the opinions of others who have had varying experiences, so I'm definitely going to take the suggestions here with a grain of salt. Despite that, I'm grateful for any insight offered here. Let me know if you need any other information, and thanks for your time!
