I’m assuming I’m not getting in because I am working on all my regular decision apps and supplements, oh December 15 I cannot wait for you to come and just let me know already!

I am just worried because I have read that Stern has a 20-15% acceptance rate which is pretty low…

I knew a kid with lower stats who got into Stern. You have very impressive standarized test scores and a difficult course load. Your ECs are also exceptional, and since you’re applying ED, I’d say you’re all but certain to be accepted. In fact, I’d wonder why you didn’t shoot higher.

I am applying to the BPE program which is new for fall 2009, so I have no idea what the applicant pool is going to be, its a combination of everything I love to do so I figured that I should apply ED because they are limiting it to 50 students

Great chances of getting in; I would not know what to say if they rejected you. You should consider Wharton at UPenn. I think you would definitely have a chance there as well.

Never a sure thing at Stern but you are as close as you will find to it. Very impressive all the way around. In short, IN. I definitely would be shocked to see you turned down. And don’t listen to people telling you to aim “higher”, Stern is very prestigous and if you are applying ED its obviously where you wanna be, which is most important. So have fun next year in NYC!
