chance me!

hey i would like to know what my chances are:

out-of-state / overseas US citizen female
GPA: 3.25
SAT: 2400
SAT2: 800 chinese, 650 literature
extracurriculars: varsity track captain, swim team, student council rep, dance team co-captain, school newspaper editor-in-chief, volunteer at various hospitals/clinics, model united nations head, etc.

APs:
economics (macro & micro)
chinese
art history
psychology
euro history
world history
government
english lit
english lang

also, i have legacy: both my sisters + my dad went to w&m

W&M is my top choice! i've gone to many tours, and i was even there during the sit-ins for gene nichol! i loooveeeeee W&M! W&M > UVA. IMO, anyway. my sister goes to UVA...

in no doubt

With that SAT and those ECs, you should be in easily. We look forward to seeing you in the International Relations Club for Model United Nations next year!

thanks! i'm pretty content with my SAT's / EC's...
but is my GPA too low for an out-of-state applicant? i live in china.

I take it that that's the unweighted GPA? If you did well on the AP tests, that makes up for it some. Lacking in a single area will not kill your application. Especially since you have shown that you can be dedicated through your ECs.

your GPA is weak... if you have an explanation for it, I would say you are in.

I'm sorry you had to be at campus when everyone decided to be retarded for a couple weeks.
