Chance me?

Currently a Senior in a very competitive high school in the northeast
Grades: GPA: 3.2 (weakest point in my stats but there is a large upward trend. I had straight B’s freshman year and I had all A’s, one B and once C+, which I know will hurt, in my junior year)
ACT: 32 SAT 2: German 800, World History 700, U.S History 700
EC’s:
Sports: Captain of varsity tennis, Captain of varsity wrestling, State Champion in martial art, 3rd place last year.
Work Experience: Have been working in a world-renowned labratory for over 3 years. Have done much work including large presentation of work done, publication of work (including the discovery of new labratory techniques), and great recommendation from head of the lab. Have also worked as a wrestling instructor and tennis instructor for youth.
Other EC’s: Graduation from top german language school, 99th percentile on high school german language tests since the 6th grade, completion of highest level of German testing (offered from German government) with high marks. Piano for 10 years, violin for 3 years, horn for 2 years. Have various awards to show high achievement in classical piano. Give regular concerts for jazz piano around my community (also as community service). President of Chartiy organization club: Great results to show admissions. Member of the Race and Diversity Club in which the goal is to discuss different backgrounds and how they are seen in the community. Worked in a hospital in India for about 2 weeks.
Recommendation: Good recommendation from teachers, guidance counselor (although not amazing grades, she has many other things to say). Great recommendation from head of labratory (a great friend and mentor).
Other: I can speak 3 languages fluently and have a very diverse background (half Indian half german). Not sure if that will help but just decided to include that. I also believe I have written a fantastic essay that will be very touching and at the same time will show them my interests and goals in life. I hope to attend medical school after college and eventually become a practicing surgeon.
Thanks again

Note: The grades that pulled me down every year were in science (AP level class). I would always have A’s, a single B or B- then the very poor C or C+. Will my research and lab recommendation help cover it up a bit?

and just to let you know that GPA is unweighted

Just Wondering: Are there ever any cases of people with lower grades (like mine) but with high standardized tests, tough workload, good recommendations and really EC's that get in?

Yes, athletes, URMs and the very wealthy.

well do i have any chance?

Brown takes a highly holistic approach to admissions so your EC's will definatly help. You do have a chance, thousands of people have chances. Honestly you just have to hope and pray your regional admissions officer sees something in your application to make them support you. No one can really say if you have more of a chance than another person even if their stats are better it's impossible to know what the adcoms want, especially with Brown.

It's not impossible at all, that's a total myth. Reading the common data set, and allowing for the fact that 40% are hooked, will give you an excellent idea of what Brown wants.
