ehhhh.
GPA and class rank are excellent, and you seem to be taking a heavy courseload, but your AP scores seem to suggest that your school is not very challenging...yes, you're taking 7 APs, but how many of them are you going to get 5's on? (penn only gives credit for 5s, and 4s to satisfy lang. requirements)
also, i could be wrong about this, but i think a lot of your schools recommend more than 2 years of a foreign language.
i'm very impressed by your SAT IIs though. 770 on US with a 3 on the AP? i got a 5 and only a 750...but i did take the test too long after i took the ap course and didn't review for it, so that was probably my fault.

The reason for my 3 on the APUSH exam was because the dbq was on Vietnam and my teacher had never covered anything past WWII. So I was totally at a loss. Then two of the essay choices were set in the 1600 which my teacher also refused to cover because she believed she knew what essays were going to be asked for the essays. Needless to say, only 6 out of 50+ students passed the exam.

I didn't study for the SAT II either - took it about 6mo after the AP exam and went entirely on prior knowledge.
