-This summer, I am studying abroad in Germany as an exchange student for a month. I will be completely immersed in the culture and language. I don't know if colleges care about this?
-Hosted three German exchange students in my house
-Girl Scout for 12 years
-Working 25 hours a week at the same job for the past couple of years</p>

-Mission trips to an Indian reservation and urban Miami
-things with Key Club and Girl Scouts...soup kitchens etc

<p>Your stats look fine, but what are you planning to major in?? That is the question. This school is about creativity and the Arts. Alot depends on your essay and activities that surround your area of interest. It seems like academically you are on par with what they look for, but this is just a piece of the puzzle toward gaining acceptance.</p>
<p>Definitely try to show that you are interested in or have experience inwhatever you want to major in… that’s a big part of getting into Emerson.</p>
<p>The German thing is great, and colleges will definitely love it. The key to making it appeal to Emerson would be to apply to your individuality and what you want to do. </p>
<p>Also, I would consider trying out for the tennis team. Getting in touch with the coach before you apply is often very helpful, especially because Emerson’s a D3 school. It technically can’t help you get in, but from experience I would say that they may pull a few strings here and there.</p>
