Chance me?

Hey everyone I’m an upcoming senior (class of 2010) and I’m looking to get into the most prestigious engineering school in CA that I can. My current goal is to do undergrad in civil engineering and move onto a masters in urban planning. My stats are as follows-

High School- Pretty competitive, ranked top 20 in the state
GPA-3.8ish Unweighted 4.2ish Weighted
SAT I- 2180 (770 math, 690 CR, 720 Writing)
SAT II- Took Math II, Physics, Spanish in June. Expecting at least 700+ except maybe for spanish
Classes- 2 weighted sophomore year, 5 weighted Jr. year, 6 weighted (all AP’s) senior year
XC- Speech and Debate for 3 years, Track for 2, NHS/CSF, very active in the community through my youth group doing various community service such as soup kitchen work, homeless outreach etc, participated in annual mission trips over the summer to build houses in Mexico until this year when swine flu/border violence forced us to move our project to a local inner city, very active with my church including annual summer camp, various leadership committees, and working to plan the activities for youth in our denomination throughout NorCal.

Well keep in mind they don’t seem to care much at all about e.c.s but your stats are great so I would say you are on the right track at least. They also take into account how close you are to cal poly. So like if you live in the county its in your favor but the farther out the less good. I would be surprised though if you didnt get in. I got in for mechanical eng. with really really similar stats.

nice stats, poop, I was going to apply for civil also, lol. My stat sucks compared to yours. I think you have a good chance.
