<p>You have some good EC’s and your SAT scores are pretty good, but your GPA will hurt you for sure. How are you ranked? I suppose if you have excellent letters of rec and a killer essay, you have a shot. What is your intended major? Sometimes if you have an intended major in a field that is less popular, you have a better chance with admissions.</p>

<p>my school doesnt rank but i would guess i’m in the top 20-30%. i also think that i might want to major in history. i really enjoy doing research which is why i’m volunteering at the dept of research psychiatry. also i might get some of my historical research published in a journal.</p>
