i know guys you're all sick and tired of all these "chance me" threads, but I'll still give it a try. So...
Applied: UCB (dream school), UCLA, UCSD
GPA: 3.89 or 3.83 (depending on what i get in my econ class).
Major: Peace and Conflict Studies (UCB), Global Studies (UCLA), and Poli Sci (UCSD)
The essay should be good (checked by a UC professor), I've also done ECs and volunteer work.
IGETC and all the prereq are done for all the majors.
I'll appreciate any input!
And good luck to everyone!

I’d be shocked if you didn’t get into UCSD. Regarding the other two, I would be optimistic if I were you. It looks like you’re hoping to go into a career of social justice; I sure hope that’s the case. Good luck!

thanks! I really needed some reassurance that my possible B in the econ class would not lower my chances of getting in. And yes, I am trying to make a career in solving global issues. I come from a poor country myself so it is important for me to get education that would help me to bring some positive change to developing countries.

If your pre-reqs are all completed, then I’d say you’re in at all 3. Good luck!
